Support

For how-to questions, start with the Help Center. It covers connecting channels, composing and scheduling posts, analytics, billing, and troubleshooting failed posts. Logged-in users can also use the live chat widget in the bottom corner of the app, which reaches the same team.

Developers and API

Questions about the REST API, the Node.js or Python SDKs, the n8n/Zapier/Make integrations, or the MCP server go to the same address, support@bulkpublish.com, with "API" in the subject line so it routes to an engineer.

Security and privacy

To report a security vulnerability or make a privacy request (data export or deletion under GDPR/CCPA), email support@bulkpublish.com. Privacy practices are documented in our Privacy Policy.
