Hosted connection and the full tool set
The hosted server covers channels, posts, media and analytics. Repeating schedules, RSS feeds, option lookups, stories, comments, messages and plan checks are in the full tool set, which you run on your own machine with an API key. Prompts and rows marked "Full tool set" need it.
Prefer code?
Everything the assistant does goes through the same REST API, which you can call directly.
Prefer a calendar?
The same Google Business account can be scheduled from the app.

Frequently asked questions
Common questions about using Google Business with an AI assistant.
How do I connect Google Business to Claude or ChatGPT?
Connect Google Business in BulkPublish, then add the server address https://mcp.bulkpublish.com/mcp to your assistant and approve access once. The page for each assistant shows the exact steps.
What can the assistant do on Google Business?
It can draft, schedule and publish Google Business posts (Update, Event, and Offer), upload media, find your next free queue slot and retry failed posts. The table above shows the tool behind each one.
Does it need an API key?
You approve access once, using your BulkPublish API key. A server you run yourself reads the key from its environment instead.
Can the assistant read and answer Google Business comments or messages?
Yes, with the full tool set: it can read and answer reviews. The hosted connection covers publishing, media and analytics.
Is it safe to let an assistant publish for me?
Ask for drafts first. A post created as a draft does not publish until you schedule or publish it, and posts can be held for team approval.
Which plans include it?
Every plan, the Free plan included.
