Photo slideshows are the format most accounts forget TikTok has.
Before you start
- Have the finished file on the device you are using. Finish editing it first.
- Check the size. A 4 GB ceiling is generous, but your plan’s media storage is the tighter limit: Free is 100 MB, Pro 2 GB, Business 10 GB.
- Write the caption with TikTok in mind, not as a copy of your Instagram one.
Steps
- Connect your TikTok account under Channels.
- Open the composer and select TikTok.
- Choose Video or Photo Slideshow.
- Upload the media.
- Write the caption.
- Pick the date, time and time zone, then press Schedule. You are not held to ten days.
Because caption length and media rules are checked in the composer, a file TikTok would reject is caught before it is queued.
One video, three platforms
This is where the time goes if you do it by hand. In the same composer, add Instagram (as a Reel) and YouTube (as a Short) to the TikTok post.

The file is shared. The captions should not be. Hashtag habits differ and so do audiences. Writing three captions from one draft takes minutes, and uploading to three apps does not.
Snapchat is often a fourth destination, with a 160-character caption that has to be written rather than trimmed.
Checking your queue
Open the calendar after scheduling. Look for two videos on the same slot and for days with nothing. Unlike TikTok’s own scheduler, you can edit a queued post if you spot a typo.
Plan limits
- Storage: Free: 100 MB. Pro: 2 GB. Business: 10 GB.
- Channels: Free: 3 (1 per platform). Pro: 30 (2 per platform). Business: 75 (5 per platform).
- Posts: Free: 1/day. Pro: 30/day. Business: unlimited.
If you post video regularly, size your plan against storage, not channel count.
