Bulk publishing, as this guide uses the term, means one post going to several networks in a single action. If your problem is the opposite one, many different posts to load in at once, go to how to bulk schedule social media posts, which covers batching and CSV import.
Here is the one-post, many-networks walkthrough, using a worked example.
The example
You are announcing a new opening time. The same news goes to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and Google Business Profile, and each of those wants it a little differently.
Step 1: Connect the networks
Connect each account under Channels. Every connection is an authorisation on the network’s own login screen, so BulkPublish never sees your password. The Free plan holds 3 channels, one per platform, which is enough to try this.
Step 2: Write the base version
Open the composer and write the post the way you would say it plainly: “From Monday we open at 8:30 instead of 9:00. Same team, same coffee.” Add the image you want to share. This is the version you adjust, so do not polish it yet.
Step 3: Select every destination
Tick all five networks. The composer then shows each network’s rules next to your text, so you see straight away which ones the post breaks.
For the example, three things come up:
- Instagram needs media. There is no text-only Instagram post, so without the image it cannot go there.
- X is limited to 280 characters. The base text fits, but any longer version will not.
- Google Business Profile wants a post type. An opening time change is an Update.
Step 4: Adjust each version
Edit per network inside the same composer rather than making five posts.

Step 5: Publish now or schedule
Publish now sends it to all five at once. Or pick a date, time and time zone and press Schedule.
Step 6: Check the result
Open the post afterwards. Each network shows its own status, so if one of them failed you see which, and why, without hunting. The rest still published.
Beyond the single post
