Bulk Social Media Posting in 2026 [Updated Guide]

Bulk posting is for the month you plan in one sitting. Instead of writing one post, saving it, and starting again, you draft the whole batch in a single view, or bring one in as a CSV, and everything is created together. The check that matters is that each post is still validated against its own networks individually, so a batch of forty does not fail as a unit because one caption was long.

Updated September 2026. The plan allowances and networks below are read from the app itself every time this site is built.

How bulk posting works

A batch is not a single post sent many times. Each row is its own post with its own channels, its own time and its own media, which is why a batch can mix networks and still be created in one action.

  1. Open Bulk Compose and draft each post in the batch, or upload a CSV with your content, times and media.
  2. Give each post its channels and its time, or drop the whole set into the next free slots.
  3. Every post is checked against each network it is going to before anything is queued.
  4. Publish the batch now, or queue it. Anything a network refuses is reported per post, not per batch.

Networks this works on

This capability is not limited to a subset. It works the same way on all 15 networks BulkPublish publishes to, and each one has a guide of its own.

What each plan is allowed

Bulk posting draws on the same publishing allowance as everything else, so what limits a batch is the plan’s posts per day and per month rather than a separate batch size.

Allowance Free Pro Business
Posts per day 3 30 Unlimited
Posts per month 30 900 Unlimited

These are the figures the app enforces, not a summary of them. The pricing page lists what each plan costs and everything else it includes.

Working with AI agents

An agent can build the batch for you: give it the theme and the channels, and it can draft the whole set and put it in the queue in one pass.

BulkPublish runs a hosted MCP server, so an AI assistant can do this work with you instead of you copying its answer into another tab. It exposes 66 tools over OAuth: an agent can see your channels, draft a post, put it in the queue, publish it and read the numbers back afterwards. Nothing to install, no API key to paste.

Tools worth connecting

BulkPublish already talks to these, and each one has a setup guide.

Free tools for this job

These run in your browser with no account, and they do one piece of this work on their own. Useful before you sign up, and still useful after.

Who uses this most

These audiences have a page of their own where this capability sits next to the rest of what they use.

Common questions

Can I upload a CSV?

Yes. A CSV can carry the content, the scheduled times and the media for dozens of posts, which are then created across the channels you pick.

What happens if one post in a batch is invalid?

Only that post is rejected, with the reason. The rest of the batch is created, because a batch is a set of independent posts rather than one large one.

Can a batch go to different networks per post?

Yes. Each post in the batch carries its own channels, so one batch can be an Instagram week and a LinkedIn week at the same time.

Is there a maximum batch size?

There is no separate batch cap. The limit is your plan’s posts per day and per month, which the table above lists.

Is there a free plan?

Yes, and it does not ask for a card. The table above shows what the free plan is allowed for this capability, and the pricing page lists the rest.

Can an AI assistant do this for me?

Yes. The hosted MCP server lets an assistant draft, schedule, publish and read your analytics over OAuth, with nothing to install and no key to paste.
