Manage Multiple Brands or Clients in 2026

Running social for more than one business is not the same job as running it for one, and the usual answer, a second account and a second password, gets worse with every client you add. Each brand gets a workspace of its own here: its own connected accounts, its own posts, its own team and its own plan. You move between them from the same sign-in, and nothing crosses over, because a post belongs to a workspace rather than to you.

How workspaces work

A workspace owns the things a client would recognise as theirs: the connected accounts, the queue, the media, the labels and the people who can see them. Your sign-in belongs to you and can hold a role in several. Switching is a menu, not a logout.

  1. Create a workspace for the brand or client.
  2. Connect that brand’s accounts inside it. They are visible nowhere else.
  3. Invite the people who work on it, each with the role they need.
  4. Switch between workspaces from the account menu. Your queue, media and reports change with it.

What each plan is allowed

What a plan meters here is how many people can be in a workspace. Workspaces themselves are not capped, and each one carries its own connected-account allowance rather than sharing one pool.

Working with AI agents

Workspaces are an account setting rather than a publishing action, which is why they are one of the few things an assistant is not allowed to change.

This one is an exception. An assistant connecting over the hosted MCP server cannot reach it: account settings outlive a disconnection, so a third-party connection is never given them, whatever you approved. Your own API key can, and the Node and Python SDKs both wrap it.

Is this the same as channel sets?

No. A channel set groups accounts inside one workspace so you can post to them in one click. A workspace is the boundary around a whole client: separate accounts, separate posts, separate people.

Can somebody see every workspace I have?

Only the ones they are a member of. Membership is per workspace, and a person invited to one has no visibility into the others.

Do I need a plan for each workspace?

Each workspace carries its own plan and its own allowances. Workspaces you own share the highest plan among them.

How many people can be in one?

That is the one figure metered here, and the table above lists it per plan.

Is there a free plan?

Yes, and it does not ask for a card. The table above shows what the free plan is allowed for this capability, and the pricing page lists the rest.
