Social Media Scheduling in 2026 [Updated Guide]
Scheduling is the part of BulkPublish everything else hangs off. You write a post once, choose the channels it goes to, give it a time, and it publishes without anybody being at a keyboard that morning. The part worth knowing before you commit is not that it schedules, because everything schedules. It is what each plan is allowed to schedule, which is the table further down.

How scheduling works
A scheduled post is checked before it is queued rather than after, which is the difference between finding out now and finding out at 8am. Each channel you picked has its own caption limit and its own list of what it accepts, so a post that is fine for one network and too long for another is caught while you are still looking at it.
- Write the post and pick the channels it goes to. You can change the caption per network from the same screen.
- Give it a date and time. Times are stored against the timezone on the channel, so a post set for 9am publishes at 9am where you are, not where the server is.
- BulkPublish checks the post against each network it is going to: caption length, media format, and what that network accepts.
- The post publishes on its own. Anything a network refuses comes back with that network’s own wording, and can be sent again.

What each plan is allowed
Scheduling is metered three ways, and they are different numbers: how many you can schedule in a day, how many can sit in the queue waiting at once, and how many posts you can publish in a month in total.

Common questions
What timezone are scheduled posts in?
The channel’s. Each channel carries its own timezone, so an account you run for a client in another country keeps that client’s clock rather than yours.
What happens if a network rejects a scheduled post?
The post is marked failed with the reason the network gave, in that network’s own words rather than a generic error, and it can be retried without being rewritten.
Can I schedule the same post to several networks at once?
Yes. One post can go to every channel you have connected, and the caption can differ per network while staying one post in the queue.
How far ahead can I schedule?
There is no date ceiling. What is limited is how many posts can sit in the queue at once, which is 10 on the free plan and unlimited on Pro and Business.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it does not ask for a card. The table above shows what the free plan is allowed for this capability, and the pricing page lists the rest.
Can an AI assistant do this for me?
