Social Media Content Library in 2026 [Updated Guide]
The media library is where the files live so they are not living in your downloads folder. Upload an image or a video once and it is available to every post afterwards, on every network, with the per-network checking that stops a file from being rejected at publish time.

How the media library works
The checking is the part worth having. Every network has its own rules about dimensions, aspect ratio, file size, format and, for video, duration, and they do not agree with each other. A file attached to a post going to four networks is checked against all four before the post is queued.
- Upload images and video once. Large files upload in parts, so a long video does not have to succeed in one attempt.
- Attach a file to any post. The same file can be used again as often as you like.
- Each network the post goes to checks the file against its own size, format and length rules.
- Anything that fails is reported before the post is queued, while you can still swap the file.

Working with AI agents

How much storage do I get?

Is media deleted after a post publishes?
No. Media is kept by default, and there is a separate sweep for files that have gone unused for three months.
What happens if a video is too long for one network?
It is caught before the post is queued, with the network named and its limit stated, rather than failing at publish time.
Can I upload a large video?
Yes. Large files are uploaded in parts, so an interrupted upload can continue rather than starting again.
Is there a free plan?
