RSS to Social Media in 2026 [Updated Guide]

If the thing you publish already has a feed, a blog, a podcast, a release channel, then the social post is a restatement of something a machine already knows about. RSS autoposting closes that gap: point BulkPublish at the feed, decide how the post should read, and each new item becomes one.

How RSS autoposting works

BulkPublish polls the feed on a fixed interval and creates a post for each item it has not seen. Whether that post publishes on its own or waits as a draft is a plan-level distinction rather than a preference, and it is worth understanding before you set one up.

  1. Add the feed URL and pick the channels its items should publish to.
  2. Set how the post reads: the wording around the item, and what from the feed goes into it.
  3. Choose whether items publish automatically or land as drafts for somebody to look at first.
  4. BulkPublish checks the feed on its interval and creates a post for each new item. Posts it creates count against your normal publishing allowance.

What each plan is allowed

Three things change with the plan: how many feeds you can run, how often each one is checked, and whether items may publish without a human. The free plan is deliberately draft-only, so a feed cannot post to your accounts unattended on a plan nobody paid for.

Feeds are checked every 60 minutes on Free, every 30 on Pro and every 15 on Business, which is the fastest the global poll runs.

Do RSS posts count against my posting limit?

Yes. A post created from a feed is a normal post and draws on the same daily and monthly allowance.

How many feeds can I connect?

One on Free, ten on Pro and fifty on Business.
