How the calendar works

It reads the same queue the scheduler writes to, so there is no separate calendar to keep in sync. A post that fails overnight is on the calendar the next morning in its failed state, which is the point: the calendar is the honest view of what happened, not a plan of what was meant to happen.

  1. Open the calendar and pick month, week or day. Everything already scheduled is there.
  2. Filter down to one channel, one label or one state when the whole book of work is too much to read at once.
  3. Drag a post to a new day or time to reschedule it. The post is re-checked against its networks at the new time.
  4. Click any post to open it, change the caption per network, or send a failed one again.

Can I drag a post to reschedule it?

Yes. Dragging a post to another day or time reschedules it, and it is re-checked against each of its networks at the new time.

Does the calendar show posts that failed?

Yes, in their failed state with the reason attached. A calendar that only showed the plan would hide the thing you most need to see.

Can I see one client at a time?

Yes. Posts carry labels and belong to channels, so the calendar filters down to one client, one campaign or one network.

Is there a list view as well?

Yes. The same queue is available as a list when you want to scan or act on many posts at once rather than read them by date.

Is there a free plan?
