Post to Multiple Social Networks at Once in 2026
Most of the work in posting to several networks is not the writing. It is the retyping: the same caption pasted into five tabs, trimmed once for one limit and again for another, with a different image size each time. Here you write it once, pick the channels, and each network gets a copy checked against its own rules before anything is sent. Where a network needs something different, you change it for that network without touching the rest.
Updated September 2026. The plan allowances and networks below are read from the app itself every time this site is built.
How posting to several networks works
One post, many destinations. The post is the thing you wrote; a channel is one account on one network. Choosing six channels does not create six posts, which is why a post to six networks draws once on your daily allowance rather than six times.
- Write the post once and pick the channels it should go to.
- Adjust the wording for any network that needs its own version. The rest keep what you wrote.
- Each destination is checked against that network's limits, formats and post types before anything is queued.
- Publish now or schedule it. Each destination reports back on its own, so one refusal does not hold up the others.
Networks this works on
This capability is not limited to a subset. It works the same way on all 15 networks BulkPublish publishes to, and each one has a guide of its own.
What each plan is allowed
Two numbers decide how far a single post can reach: how many channels your plan allows in total, and how many of them can sit on the same network. The post count itself is not multiplied by destinations, so a post to every channel you have is one post against your daily allowance.
| Allowance | Free | Pro | Business |
|---|---|---|---|
| Connected channels | 3 | 30 | 75 |
| Accounts per network | 1 | 2 | 5 |
| Posts per day | 3 | 30 | Unlimited |
These are the figures the app enforces, not a summary of them. The pricing page lists what each plan costs and everything else it includes.
Working with AI agents
An assistant can do the same in one instruction: give it the message and the networks, and it writes the per-network versions and queues them.
BulkPublish runs a hosted MCP server, so an AI assistant can do this work with you instead of you copying its answer into another tab. It exposes 66 tools over OAuth: an agent can see your channels, draft a post, put it in the queue, publish it and read the numbers back afterwards. Nothing to install, no API key to paste.
Tools worth connecting
BulkPublish already talks to these, and each one has a setup guide.
Free tools for this job
These run in your browser with no account, and they do one piece of this work on their own. Useful before you sign up, and still useful after.
Who uses this most
These audiences have a page of their own where this capability sits next to the rest of what they use.
Common questions
Does posting to ten networks use ten posts of my allowance?
No. A post is counted once however many channels it goes to. What limits your reach is the number of channels your plan allows, not the number of destinations on a single post.
Can I change the caption for one network only?
Yes. Each destination can carry its own version of the text, and the ones you do not touch keep what you originally wrote.
What happens if one network rejects the post?
Only that destination fails, with the reason. The others publish as normal, and you can retry the one that did not.
Can I connect more than one account on the same network?
Yes, up to the per-network limit on your plan. The table above lists it.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it does not ask for a card. The table above shows what the free plan is allowed for this capability, and the pricing page lists the rest.
Can an AI assistant do this for me?
Yes. The hosted MCP server lets an assistant draft, schedule, publish and read your analytics over OAuth, with nothing to install and no key to paste.
Still stuck? The Help Center walks through it step by step.
